GLOBAL AGENDA ASSOCIATION OVERVIEW
In 2015, the United Nations adopted the 2030 Global Agenda, a set of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) covering environmental, economic and social issues that mankind should pursue in this decade. Our association, a bridge between Japan and the world, is built on the core principle that we should work together to achieve these Goals. We aim at analysing the challenges behind the Goals, and gathering individuals, companies and communities around cooperative projects.
Gender equality is one of the 17 SDGs and is essential to reach the other 16 Goals. Our association therefore focuses on activities that contribute to women empowerment, diversity and cultural understanding.
